Service Description

Paramount Financial One provides consumers with tools that allow them to access their credit scores, review credit reports, and monitor changes to their credit profile through a subscription-based credit monitoring service. Credit information may be provided by one or more consumer reporting agencies including TransUnion®, Equifax®, and Experian®. Paramount Financial One does not provide credit repair services, debt settlement services, or guarantees regarding changes to any consumer’s credit score or credit report.

Membership & Billing

Enrollment in the Paramount Financial One service requires a valid credit or debit card. Your card will be charged $26.99 (including applicable taxes and fees) at the time of enrollment. Your membership will automatically renew each month, and your card will continue to be charged $26.99 per month until you cancel your membership. By enrolling, you authorize Paramount Financial One to charge your payment method on file for the monthly subscription fee. Your credit card statement will show a charge from PARAMOUNT FINANCIAL ONE.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation requests may be submitted through your online account once the platform becomes available, by emailing admin@paramountfinancialone.com, or by calling (210) 355-9232. Cancellation will stop future billing, but access to services may continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Because access to credit monitoring tools and credit data may be provided immediately upon enrollment, charges are generally non-refundable except in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges.

Identity Verification

In order to provide access to credit reports and credit scores, users may be required to complete identity verification. Failure to successfully verify identity may prevent access to certain services.

Credit Score Disclosure

Credit scores provided through this service are based on the VantageScore® 3.0 model using data from one or more of the following consumer reporting agencies: Equifax®, Experian®, and TransUnion®. Credit scores provided through this service may not be the same scores used by lenders or other commercial users for credit decisions. Lenders may use different scoring models when evaluating creditworthiness.

Free Annual Credit Report

Under federal law, consumers are entitled to receive one free credit report every 12 months from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting agencies. Free reports are available at www.AnnualCreditReport.com. Credit scores are not included with the free annual credit report.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and use the services only for lawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Paramount Financial One is not responsible for credit decisions made by lenders, changes to credit scores, or the accuracy of credit information provided by consumer reporting agencies. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties except where required by law.

Membership & Payment Disclosure

Payment Information

A valid credit or debit card is required to enroll in the Paramount Financial One Credit Report and Credit Score membership. Your card will be charged $26.99 (including applicable taxes and fees) at the time of enrollment. Your membership will automatically renew each month, and your credit or debit card will continue to be charged $26.99 per month until you cancel.

By enrolling, you authorize Paramount Financial One to charge your credit or debit card each month for the membership subscription until you cancel the service.

Your credit or debit card statement will show a charge from PARAMOUNT FINANCIAL ONE for your monthly membership subscription.

Credit Score Disclosure

The credit score provided is based on the VantageScore® 3.0 model using data from Equifax®, Experian®, and TransUnion®. There are many types of credit scores, and lenders may use different credit scores or scoring models when evaluating your creditworthiness.

Important Consumer Information

The credit score(s) you receive through this service may not be the same scores used by lenders or other commercial users for credit decisions.

After successful identity verification, your credit scores and credit report information will be securely available for online access. Credit scores shown are provided for informational and educational purposes.

ParamountFinancialOne.com provides consumers with tools to access their credit scores, review credit reports, and monitor changes to their credit profile through a monthly credit monitoring membership. Credit information is provided by one or more of the following consumer reporting agencies: TransUnion®, Equifax®, or Experian®. Paramount Financial One does not provide credit repair services or make guarantees regarding changes to a consumer’s credit score or credit report.

Paramount Financial One provides digital credit monitoring services that begin immediately upon enrollment. Because members receive instant access to their credit reports, scores, and monitoring tools, all membership fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation will stop the next scheduled monthly charge, but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

If you believe you were billed in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge so we can review the issue.
